BSDL of MK22 QFN 88pins

Where can I find the BSDL for the MK22FN512VFX12, so far I only found the one for the MK22 BGA and LQFP, mine is the QFN 88 pins.

Hello,

We recommed to ask for BSDL/IBIS file from the website directly at: Microcontroller Symbols, Footprints and Models|NXP. I had submit a request but at present do not receive any response. I am afraid that the BSDL file for the 88 QFN package may not ready. Anyway, I will try to push the request and thank for your patient.
