What happens if the ADC peripheral is used un-calibrated?
If using hardware averaged sampling (32 sampling), how big will the data precision error be (calibrated vs un-calibrated)?

In the following link you will find an Application Note about the ADC calibration on a ColdFire device. On the chapter 2 it explains the difference between a calibrated ADC and an uncalibrated one. I hope this can solve your question.
