MKV10Z32VLC7 Can't find a source file ERROR

I am using my own board of MKV10Z32VLC7, when I try to debug the code using codewarrior 10.6 it shows the following error.

I didn't find those files anywhere in my computer. Also the name of  missing file in that path is changing for every compilation.

Hi VIGNESHKUMAR P,

    Could you tell me where you get your testing project?

    It seems you missed the .s file from your older project.

    You can try to create a new project , then build and download it, whether that also have error on your side?
