Hi，I use MKE06Z128VLD4 chip, power supply voltage: 5V, reser pull 10K, pull down 0.1uF, NMI pull 10K, but one power, RESER pin continuously have interval 20us, width 2us negative pulse, cause can not be downloadable program. MKE06Z128VLH4 has not been used for many times before. How can I solve this problem?
