Hi NXP,

We are implementing an MKE02Z64VFM4 CPU based design and wanted to confirm the correct package marking for this device including part number, die version, date code and fab facility. Although we can find the related HVQFN32 footprint information, we are unable to find a package marking specification on the NXP site for this device.

Thanks for the guidance - CC

Hi Kerry,

Thank you for the confirmation on the Package Marking - that aligns with our parts.

It may be beneficial for the wider NXP community to have this type of Package Marking information easily accessible either through your web site or within the actual Data Sheet?

Thanks again for the assistance - CC

Hi Colin Campbell,

As I know, the small package info contains some confidential things, so it won't share in the datasheet.

Anyway, if you already have the chip, welcome to contact the NXP technical support side to get the detail information.

Sorry for the inconvenience we bring you.

And thanks a lot for your understanding.

Have a great day,
Kerry

Hi Colin Campbell ,

If you already have the MKE02Z64VFM4 chip, you will find the marking on the top chip.

  There should be three line:

Line 1: part number
Line 2: mask set number
Line 3:  data code

More details, please check you chip.

You can list your chip part number, then I will tell you the details.

Have a great day,
Kerry
