MKE02 ADC power supply?

I'm using KE02 MCU(MKE02Z32VLD4),and i have some problems with the ADC power,  i supply the MCU with 5v

power,and the VDDA pin connect to 3.3v power, this is not allow in the data sheet, i want to what will happen with wrong design? because we have already make some products.

Hi 清华 水,

The voltage supply difference for VDD and VDDA can't be more than -/+0.3 volts according to the manual, for that reason the MCU normal behavior isn't guaranteed.
