I would like to know the marking specification ( partnumber, data code and mask version) for the MKE16F512VLH16

Hi @sanchezf ,

see the data sheet https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/KE1xFP100M168SF0.pdf section 7 Part identification. The mask version you should see with the laser marking on the part.

Adding

Line 1 is the part number

Line 2 is the mask set

Line 3 is an internal coding that includes the date code.

Sorry, that is an internal information and can not be shared 

I only can say that normally the numbers are year and week (yyww)
