MK64FX512VLL12 can refer to the FRDM-K64F120M board:
FRDM-K64F|Freedom Development Platform|Kinetis MCUs|NXP
This board is using the MK64FN1M0VLL12 which is the same package as MK64FX512VLL12.
If you want to get the same chip, I think you can replace the on board MK64FN1M0VLL12 with your MK64FX512VLL12. These two chips are the same package.
