MCUXpresso Config Tools not working for KW37/38/39 SDK

Is there actually any way to configure a SDK(2.6.9) for the KW38? I tried every possilbe SDK version, downloaded from inside and outside the MCUXpresso but none of them will work with the MCUX Config Tools.
