M4 Operating Temperature

Hi,

ARM M4 operating temperature is from -40 to 105 degC. Is there any spec or graph on temperature Vs Core clock.

Say, for example if i operate my M4 @ 40 MHz, can i stretch it to 125 degC

NXP will launch S32K MCU (ARM Cortex M4 core) with auto level (operation range from –40 °C to +125 °C).
