Looking for PMSM positional servo drive reference design and code examples.

Hi I have found this note
Design of a PMSM Servo System Using the 56F8357 Device, Rev. 0 but it is dated 2006.

Is there anything more up to date using Kinetis V series . what I need is help with code for SMSP / BLAC servo code
A devolopment board setup would be good too.  Any suggestion greatly appreciated

Thanks Paul,

There are many sensorless ap notes and reference, But for a positional servo system a sensor is required as smooth low speed response is necessary.

Most are about running fans, pumps and appliances such as washing machines.
So I 'm looking for something that is specifically for positional servo applications under motion control.
