What causes the drift variation of the LPO clock (1Khz) when it changes from VLPR mode to VLLS1? The variation that I experiment is about 5%. I am using KL17Z256.

Sorry we do not have the spec & data exactly what you need. Only we can provide is the timing of LPO: tLPO typical is 1000us with +-10% of drift.
