Enable all TSI channels in low power mode

Hello,

I am using MKL16Z MCU and i want to enable all channels in low power mode, but according to PE and reference manual its not possible to enable all channels to wake up the MCU, only one channel can be used. How i can configure to use all channels.

If its not possible to enable all channels, is there any other microcontroller which supports to enable all TSI channels in low power mode.

Yes, you are correct that you can set & enable any of the TSI channels (0-15) but only one channel at a time.

But in MK10DN64 microcontroller it says in VLPS mode all channels are in active mode.

I want o configure TSI  in normal active mode and VLPS mode

I found one MCU MK10DN64 where i can enable all channels of TSI in low power mode. Is it OK?
