Kinetis K70 Pin-pin compatible ?

Hi !

I would like to know if all the K70 family is pin-pin compatible ? Because I found some information conflicting ! In the K70 product brief they write " The K70 is available with 512 KB or 1 MB of flash memory in 196- and 256-pin MAPBGA packages." but when i check on K70_120: Kinetis K70 Graphic LCD 120/150 MHz MCUs  all the familly has 256 pin count.

thank you soledad! So all the K70 familly is pin pin compatible? I mean if i want to change the µC with an other with more capacity its possible ?

Hi,

The 196MAPBGA package was removed from all Kinetis products family in 5-Mar,2012.
