Kinetis K22F reference manual link broken

Hi,

I'm trying to download the K22F reference manual from the NXP site but I keep getting a broken link. This happens on both Chrome and Firefox so I don't think it's just the browser.

There is presently a problem on the web site.

I have a attached a selection of K22 reference manuals (there are in fact about 10 different ones available, depending on exact part) to keep you going until it is fixed.
