Hello,

What is the maximum voltage of an external voltage reference for MKM35Z512VLQ7? I am considering using a REF7012, which is 1.25 V +- 0.025%, 2ppm/C.

Best regards

Niclas

So, no reason to spend any more time in this forum? If the NXP staff can only provide information that I should manage to find myself in the published material, what is the point?

Hi @NArn ,

No such data. I think it should be 1.2V.

Hi @NArn ,

As the NOTE of Figure 34-1 in RM says, you can use externally supplied VREF. But there is no data shows what if external VREF is 1.25V, not 1.2V. In fact, most of people use internal VREF. It is good enough.

Jing
