KL15 UART Stop Bit Issue

I am trying to read UART signal with 38400 Baud, 9 bit data, 1 stop bit and noticed that characters are missed every few characters. After setting a bit output to generate a short pulse  for RX interrupt, I did confirm that the interrupt signal is not generated for every few characters, especially those following 0x00 character.

How can I resolve this?

There without UART stop bit errata info of KL15 product.

I would recommend customer to refer Kinetis L series product UART module validation code for a reference.
