I'm designing a board with the KL03 which uses the 6-bit DAC.
What pin does the voltage appear on? I don't want to use the internal comparator.

From the datasheet:
"The 6-bit DAC from a comparator is available as an on-chip internal signal only and is not available externally to a pin."
Ah well, back to xmega for this project then,

That is correct, the 6-bit DAC in KL03 is only internal. Sorry for this inconvenience.
You could look at the KL05 family, which integrates a 12-bit DAC with output pin.
