K 64 RAMCode Error while programming

Hello

in one of our application we are using k64 Microcontroller. we are using Segger J link debugger for programming flash using Jtag.

when i am programming the micro flash with a .bin  file, the error message received is "failed to read back RAMCode for programming"

previously i was able to program the same micro multiple times.

please suggest the probable reason and solutions

    Do you also try the official K64 code, whether you can download that code, take an example, KSDK2.2-FRDM-K64F120M?

SDK builder, select the K64 board, generate the code and download it.

  Please try the official code at first, if official code don't have the problem, it means your own project have the problem.

 Then you can give me some error picture on your side.
