K40 Quick_Start_Demo problem

I am new to CodeWarrior. I want to fire up the K40  Quick_Start_Demo so I can check-out the MQX RTOS and Codewarrior to see if I want to purchase it. But I cannot get the demo project to import.

The error:

When I get to step 29) in the TWR-K40X256 Quick Start Demo Lab Guide for MQX 3.7 Rev. 6 it tells me:

'29)Make sure TWR-K40X256_Quick_Start_Demo is checked, and hit Finish. Please read the instructions below for the error dialog box that will likely come up after hitting Finish.'

My problem is that the dialog box will not check. I click and click and nothing. Everything else up to this point has worked.

Has anyone else had this problem? And is there a solution?

Nevermind, I just needed to do a clean first

Proof once again that  to figure it out, sometimes all you have to do is ask the question.
