We are using MK22FN1M0VLQ12 . What are the minimum signals needed for JTAG connection ?

We plan to use PEMICRO Multilink Universal ( 20-pin connector ). Where can I find this information ?

Thanks in advance,

Luiz

Luiz, I use a Segger J-Link with the K22F and K64F which also has a 20pin connector.  However, there is a 10pin Cortex-M adapter that plugs into the hardware and then has a 10pin ribbon connection.  So you likely really only need these connections.

Hello Luiz,

K22 has several debug interfaces as below. For minimum debug signals, SWD is recommended unless JTAG is mendatody.

For your use of Multilink Universal, the attachement can help. Please look into connector chapter then you can find info.

Hi Luiz,

Please check Kinetis K family product debug interface at chapter 2.1.5.3 of <<Kinetis Peripheral Module Quick Reference>>

It also could refer K22 product JTAG debugger circuit of TWR-K22F120M board schematics.

Wish it helps.

Have a great day,
Ma Hui
