Can anyone please tell me what is the maximum size of external flash that can be connected to K70 and also the source from where this info was taken

Hi Sudeep,

as you can see in the Reference Manual you have the option to use Multiplexed 32-bit address and 32-bit data. Therefore you can address 2^32 bytes.
