As the attached picture , I use IAR to debug MK10DX256ZVLQ10,but i find there don't have 256K flash config to choose.
And my IAR version is 6.50.5. looking forward your help, thanks

Hi,
I believe you should be using the FlashK60Dxxx64.board file. IAR distinguishes the different parts by the amount of SRAM the part has, which is 1/4 the flash size of the part.
