By  keeping  physical connection of MII interface can I use RMII mode.or I need to provide jumper settings.

Hi

I think that's Ok for customer to connects MII pins with Ethernet PHY, while customer just want to use RMII mode.

Customer could refer TWR-SER2 board, which is using DP83849I(two Ethernet PHY) provides MII and RMII connection.
