How to setup I2c communication?

Hi,

I am using KSDK 2.0 for using i2c in k66 MCU.

As per the I2C protocol on sending the start signal only SDA line should be pulled low and SCL should be high.But in my board both SDA and SCL are low.

Because of this I am not getting ACK after sending the my slave address

Please let me know first that which board you are using? NXP evaluation board or customer board? It should been figure out if the hardware issue or software regarded.
