How to program k70 board

I am trying to program k70 cortex m4 controller

I don't have tower ,just the board

I don't have jtag programmer,just a usb cable that came with

So is it possible to program it with usb port 

And how to do it

Hi

If the board K70 chip with USB bootloader software already been programed, then customer can load image to K70 with USB port.

If the K70 chip is empty, there does need a JTAG programmer tool, such as Segger J-Link or P&E USB Multilink Universal.
