How to place my rbf file in the specified location of flash using the IAR?

     Firsrtly,I get the rbf file through the Quartus II; want to config the fpga  using K64,how to place my rbf file in the specified address of flash using the IAR?

I place the rbf file to flash of K64 ; the expect address is ff000,

 

The actual address is 0x410;  How should i do?

Now  i can place bin file in the specified address of flash;but another probelm is occur;

there is no problem;

Error[Lp014]: cannot fit "Block ZI" (min size 0x3a9b0, alignment 0x4) into any of the ranges <[0x1fff0000-0x1fffffff], [0x20000000-0x2002fbff]> 

should I config the icf file ? how to config it?
