How to determine/confirm Cortex-M CPU speed using Serial Wire Viewer !

Hello

I devised an easy way to determine the CPU speed using ARM Serial Wire Viewer.

This works with any Kinetis or LPC Cortex-M3, M4 or M7.  Assume also Cortex-M23 or 33.  No Cortex-M0 (has no SWV)

This uses eval version of Keil MDK and any ULINK or a Segger J-Link.
