How identify MK22FX512VMD12 vs MK22FX512AVMD12 in physical?

What I understand, P/N marking on both MK22FX512VMD12 and MK22FX512AVMD12 is same (non "A")

When I buy MK22FX512AVMD12. How I know I get MK22FX512AVMD12, not MK22FX512VMD12?

Did we have any document or method to verify the actual device is MK22FX512AVMD12?

Thanks for your post. Regarding the differences between MK22FX512VMD12 and MK22FX512AVMD12, please refer to the following:

As for the verification method, I think it can be verified by using different header files, mk22f12.h /mk22fa12.h.
