Freedom board in production

A customer just asked me about the possibility of using a Freedom board as a port of their final product.

Is there any licensing terms that prohibits that?

It's important to remember that you would have no control over the "evolution" of the Freedom board. The hardware might change (there is already more than one hardware revision of that board in existence), it might stop being manufactured in preference to a new board, etc etc. Pretty high risk for use in a product, unless it's only a one-off type of product.

Although we do not advice our customers to use our evaluation boards in their final products we do not forbid it either, however it is important your customer reads the following license so he clearly understands the usage limitations [please see attached file], the license applies to both software and hardware.
