I am doing some preliminary research in order to get started developing with the Kinetis K10_50 family of MCUs. It seems the development board to use would be the KWIKSTIK-K40. My question is, is it possible/advisable to use the Freedom dev. board instead? It seems to me the KWIKSTIK is an overkill for my particular application, and I also feel rather unfamiliar with its construction given it doesn't have any pins.
Thank you!

Hello Eduardo:
Actually the closest development board for your device is FRDM-K20D50M or TWR-K20D50M. First is the Freedom Board for K20/K10 50 Mhz devices and second is the Tower System version for the same families.

I am glad to hear this. I had the idea this was the case, but there is no indication under "Evaluation/Development Boards and Systems" on the K10 - 50Mhz product page.
