Does anyone know where I can find excel sheet for the FRDM-KL43Z pinout? It is referenced in the KL43Z user guide, but I cannot seem to find the actual excel document with pinout details.

You can take the "Kinetis KL43 Microcontroller" datasheet as reference in chapter 5 "Pinouts and Packaging".

Also, if you are using the FRDM-KL43Z SDK you can find the pinout if you go to ConfigTools -> Pins in MCUXpresso.
