FRDM-KEAZ128Q80 - CMSIS

Is it possible to use the FRDM-KEAZ128Q80 development board with the CMSIS-DAP debugger in Keil uVision5? My development board came with PEmicro debug firmware, but I would like to switch it to CMSIS if possible. On this page: https://www.nxp.com/design/design-center/development-boards-and-designs/OPENSDA?tid=vanOpenSDA, I cannot find my device among the listed ones. I know the procedure to update the firmware, but I cannot find the file that I need to copy to the bootloader.

First of all thanks for your reply @Pablo_Ramos 

I downloaded CMSIS-DAP for the TRK KEA128 and there are 3 .bin files (k20dx_bl.bin, k20dx_twrkm35z75m_if_crc.bin, k20dx_twrkm35z75m_if_crc_combined.bin). I tried put them all on bootloader (also tried put them separately) but nothing happend. When I turn on my dev board after putting files in bootloader SDA_INFO is same like before:
Board Name is: FRDMP-KEAZ128Q80
MicroBoot Kernel Version is: 1.06
Bootloader Version is: 1.12
Installed Application: PEMicro FRDMP-KEAZ128Q80 Mass Storage/Debug App
Application Version is: 1.17

Can you help me figure what I am doing wrong?

Hi @mara9320,

You can use the CMSIS-DAP of the TRK-KEA128 on the FRDM-KEAZ128, since both boards use the SKEAZ128MLK4 microcontroller and the debugger is compatible.
