Communication error while accessing MDM-AP.

Dear :

    We are using MKE15Z256VLL7 microcontroller,But encounter problems.

MCU suddenly can not download the program.list is the JLink.exe`s log:

Connecting ...

 - Connecting via USB to J-Link device 0  - Target interface speed: 4000 kHz (Fixed)  - VTarget = 4.962V  - ERROR: Kinetis (connect): Communication error while accessing MDM-AP.  - ERROR: Failed to connect. Could not establish a connection to target.

We suspect that MCU is locked up,So we're trying to unlock it,Here is our way to unlock and screenshots.

My version of the jlink directory is different and does not have an erase_all_pin.jlk . I have versions:

C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGGER\JLink_V642b

and

C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGGER\JLink_V644f

Is there some other option to accomplish this task ??

Please refer attached document about how to unlock the Kinetis chip.

Customer could follow the step 6: Using Erase_all_pin.jlk script with J-Link tool.
