Hi,

I am using S9KEAZN64AMLC MCU (Custom Board). In FLASH Configuration, I secured Flash and enabled the backdoor key.

Key  = 0xBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB

FLASH configuration = 0xFFBDFFFF.

 When Memory is secured, I cannot read data from memory.

If I execute backdoor access key command, the Memory is unsecured and can read data from memory.

After executing the Unlock sequence, after reading memory from JLINK did Power On Reset, Still I am able to read data from memory. Is it correct?

After resetting the device should go again to the Secured state, It should not allow to read memory again, as the FLASH configuration is 0xFFBDFFFF. Please confirm this behavior...

Hi

Sorry for the late reply.

After executing the Unlock sequence, after reading memory from JLINK did Power On Reset, Still I am able to read data from memory. Is it correct?

What does Unlock sequence mean here?
Have you tried to use latest J-Link Software v7.92h?
Have you tried to use PEMicro or OpenSDA?

Best Regards,
Robin

Hi

    I am also learning the content of the backdoor key, I would like to ask you to execute the backdoor access key command through the external trigger way to achieve?
