Are all analogs inputs compatible for 16-bit ADC mode on a MK10DX256VLL7 ?

We would like to use 10 analogs input as 16-bits ADC mode.

After having read the chapter 6.6.1 of the datasheet K10P100M72SF1, we don't understand the specifications of the single-ended channels. Is it possible to use them with the 16-bit ADC mode.

Hi

All ADC inputs can be operatzed in 16 bit mode.

Note that a maximum of 4 ADC inputs can be sampled at a time by HW (using two AD-controllers in your device - each in hardware trigger mode using channels A and B), so to use more than these you will need to multiplex them in SW.
