Any document for BLE-thread hybrid demo application using USB-KW41Z?

Hi,

I am trying to run a BLE-thread hybrid demo application using USB-KW41Z device. NXP has provided kds project files for two demo applications in the KW41Z installation folder.

1. ble_thread_host_controlled_device

2. ble_thread_router_wireless_uart

But there are no documents mentioning the purpose of these demo applications nor the steps to run these applications. Can anybody provide some assistance on this?

For running the applications, you can refer to the chapter 7 Deploying Applications with Kinetis Design Studio IDE in the document "<ConnSw installation path>\docs\wireless\Thread\Kinetis Thread Stack Demo Applications User’s Guide.pdf" and the documentation for the hybrid applications can be found in chapter 13 Thread and Bluetooth (BLE) Dual Mode Application.

Please note that there is a newer version of the wireless protocol stacks which can be downloaded from the MCUXpresso SDK Builder. However, the wireless applications are no longer supported by KDS and we recommend using MCUXpresso IDE instead.
