Hi Team,

I'm working on a Kinetis KE14F512VLL16 Microcontroller.

After flashing the code for the first time, the microcontroller becomes locked.

I couldn't flash the code or delete the memory after that.

I'm using J-link SEGGER and IAR Embedded Workbench IDE - ARM 8.32.4, and I've tried J-FLASH as well.

because of the micro lock When I try to programmed again, I get the following error:

Could you please assist me in resolving this problem?

Hi pratik_s_khule,

Please refer the "Figure 36. Reset circuit" and "Figure 38. NMI pin biasing" and "Figure 39. SWD debug interface" of Kinetis KE1xF with up to 512 KB Flash

6.1.4 Digital design.png

Then refer the methods descripted in: Communication error while accessing MDM-AP.

Best Regards,
Robin
