Ability To Disable EzPort?

Is there a way to disable the EzPort on a MK22FN128VLL10 so that it does not startup during a reset?  Our hardware can hold the EzPort CS high during reset which appears to be enabling the EzPort module?  Is there a way to disable the EzPort during programming with a configuration bit or something?

There is a bit (at least on K64F) in FOPT to disable EzPort.
