AN14112 on KW45 where to find the proper example

Taking a look at the AN14112 "Car Connectivity Consortium (CCC) Digital Key R3 – Bluetooth LE Vehicle Keyless Access System", in the point number 6, explains how to setup multiple anchors by modifing the NUM_ANCHORS, ANCHOR_INDEX, SE_FEATURE_SUPORT defines on the app_preinclude.h file.

But when I download the SDK (i have downloaded various versions of the EVK and non EVK), I can find the examples "digital_key_car_anchor" and "digital_key_device" (also the channel sounding examples on the latest SDK), but in their app_preinclude.h file there are none of those defines explained in the step 6 of the AN14112.

Could you please provide the example or indicate where can I find them?
