2x5 idc .05" cable kwikstik

Hi there,

I have been working with the kwikstik and have now designed my first PCB with a k20 part onboard.  I would like to program the board uisng the j-link on the kwikstik and am looking for the easiest option to do so.  It would be optimal to use an existing 2x5 .05" pitch IDC cable and poplulate the 2x5 SWD header on the quickstik.  However I am  not finding any sources for prebuilt cables with the 2x5 female connector on both ends. 

Does anyone know of any resources to find such?  Or have other direct solutions?

FYI.  For those who might also be searching:  The closest I have been able to find are these connectors on ebay.
