Hello Kenta,
Please check the computer management , if it show the "mbed serial port" like this :
when you debug , please select the "GDB OpenOCD Debugging" :
if PE , select the "GDB PEMicro " , if Jlink , please select "GDB SEGGER J-Link".

If still can not work , please take a screenshot about the PC management and show it to me .

I have test it use the MULTILINK , it can work well .
- Please first change the bootloader of the board , for example , you can change it to jlink
use the "JLink_OpenSDA_V2_1.bin" .
- then connect the board ,debugger to PC :
then check the PC management , whether have the USB Multilink:
Then configure the debug configuration as this :
Then it can download well :

Pleas select the SDK folder , it is the path of SDK_2.0_FRDM-K82F on you PC.
