Dears,

 Can anybody kindly hep to check these function for me ?

Does KDS 3.2 have attach debug function(Code Warrior 10.x have)? If it have, how can we use it?

yes, KDS V3.2.0 has this, see

Attaching to a Running Target with Segger J-Link, GDB and Eclipse | MCU on Eclipse
