After a second crash of my drone, I kept getting GPS compass inconsistent messages when trying to arm the drone. Using the mavlink console, I saw that there were 2 mag sensors listed, with the sensor # 0 being listed as the primary. To fix the problem temporarily, I simply disabled mag sensor # 1 using the Parameter modifications. So, can someone tell me why sensor # 1 would be off from sensor # 0? Where is sensor # 1 vs. sensor # 0? Is it OK to fly with sensor # 1 disabled? Is there a way to recalibrate sensor # 1 or somehow "reset" sensor # 1?

We don't have a root cause of why the sensors are off, but they are. This is partially PX4 issue as at one point they made this too sensitive. Most people just disable the mag on the FMU and use the one on the compass.
