Hexadecimal files are converted to binary files

I am a student in another major and now during debugging, I need to convert the hexadecimal file to binary file format, but I tried it myself for a while and found that the conversion was not successful.

Now I attach the hexadecimal file.

If anyone can help me convert to binary file format, I would be very grateful.

EHEP is a binary file viewer, you don't need that one to convert the file. I just used it to show binary files. And that link is not a web page link, but an Eclipse update site:
