You can unlock the flash by mass erase operation by CodeWarrior.
For Classic CodeWarrior v8.3, please open a MC56F8245 project in CW, and click your mouse in this project view, then click on Debug Menu-> DSP56800E -> Unlock flash.
For Eclipse CodeWarrior v10.6, please create a target task for DSC Flash Programmer, and add the mass erase operation, please see the attached screenshot.
Or just download a new program into the MCU, and select ‘yes’ when debugger asks whether erase to unsecure.
