PE IIC component error

Anyone know what is the problem with PE IIC component ? I am getting an error message while compiling PE code:

To investigate the problem, I need to know the CodeWarrior version you are using, as well as the part number of your target MCU.

It will be greatly appreciated if you could attach a simple project to help us reproduce the error.

In addition, the latest version is v10.6, which can be downloaded from:

The license for CW10.5 also work with CW 10.6.

Fiona, as you asked for a simple project, it helped me in workaround this error. I created a new small project, and PW with I2C OK.

It is not the 1st time that I see that after freezing PE and writing long code, trying to reuse of the PE not always succeed.

Thank you, I understand that this is a bug, but consider my question solved. I copied the files from the new project I created to my application, and it works OK.
