MC56F8247 Flash size is 48KB or 64KB?

From the datasheet we can find the flash size of MC56F8247 is 48KB, but I find a customer configured it as 64KB in .cmd file. After the code is compiled, we find the actual used FLASH size exceeds 48KB in .xMAP file. Do you know whether the flash size of MC56F8247 is 48KB or 64KB?

The data sheet is correct.  If any extra flash is present it would not be per the product specification; there is no assurance that such extra flash exists or will exist.
