Yes, the halt and wait are illustrated in the attached zip file which is a zipped project for CodeWarrior 10.6.
It runs on the Tower module for the MC56F84789.
Note, most of the work is done with the GUI and Processor Expert.
Note that since I used a timer, I can make this time stop or keep running in PEx depending on how I configure the CPU component.
Right now, it is set for keep running.
Can you make it STOP during STOP mode?
