problem in uclinux for Freescale™ V2 ColdFire Processor

 we have Freescale V2 ColdFire IP Core & SPP as IP.we are using xilinx as our fpga vendor.

we are trying to port uclinux 20080808 on our cold fire in fpga but some how it hang and if we give halt command from debugger we have communication error.(is it a known bug ???)
have any one of you have ever ported uclinux with this softcore,if yes then can you give us some examples, info or some source code as which linux is used and what are the procedures.

have any one you guys worked with softcore 5208. iam trying to load linux kernal and having difficulties in it.

when we load linux kernal it goes andhangs at some place.may be some timer problem or some thing like this.

any suggestion , feedback .appreciated
